As a RELATE certified relationship and marital counsellor with over ten years experience you can be confident I have the qualifications and experience to help you. Not all counsellors are trained in working with couples and it is important to find a counsellor trained in relationship and couple work.

All sorts of people come for couple or relationship counselling and find it helps them to understand what's going on in their relationships and change things for the better.

In my work with couples I offer a space where both of you can feel heard and understood. I will help you to explore your feelings, values and expectations, and gain assistance with communication and problem solving and look at options and new possibilities.

There are many pressures on relationships nowadays and very often you can feel you are going round in circles and covering the same old ground in a relationship and not making any headway. Understanding and communication thoughts and feelings can become difficult.

I will work with you to understand why the problems arose in the first place. We can then look at what each of you can do differently and how to avoid similar problems arising in the future.

What are your fees?

£40.00 per one hour session for individuals.
£50.00 per one hour session for couples
